Excursion Notes

We recommend that guests bring a swimsuit, towel, sun protection, cash for any remaining balance or additional purchases, and tips.
Please note that there are only 2 automatic buggies available, which are offered upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
All drivers must present a valid driver's license.
The minimum age to drive is 18 years old.
This excursion requires a minimum of 2 guests to operate.

Excursion Restrictions

Parents must supervise their children at all times.
This excursion is not suitable for guests with limited mobility (such as those with knee or hip issues, or using walkers, wheelchairs, or mobility scooters).
Guests must be able to get in and out of buggies that do not have doors.
The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18. Guests may be asked to provide proof of age for the tequila tasting.

I can't drive a shift stick, are there any automatic vehicles available?

Yes, there are 2 automatic Buggies, place your request when creating your reservation, although, keep in mind these requests aren't guaranteed.

No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.

Cancellation

For the Cozumel Private Buggy Island Experience Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
Your ship skips/misses the port.
Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
