    Excursion Notes
      • We suggest you bring sun protection, cash for the balance payment, any purchases, tips, etc., 
      • Wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing that may get dirty.
      • Guests may also choose to wear their swimsuits under their clothing and bring a towel for beach time.
      • Please pay attention to the restrictions and requirements for this excursion, no refund will be granted if shore excursion requirements are not met.
      • Bandanas are available to purchase extra charge

    • Maximum of 4 passengers per vehicle. There is limited space in the seats - guests must be able to fit safely and comfortably or purchase another vehicle.
    • The minimum age to drive is 18 years old and up. All drivers must present a valid driver's license.
    • The minimum age to participate is 7 years old.
    • All guests must sign a waiver before participation.
    • Helmets must be worn at all times.
    • This excursion may be bumpy in parts and not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

    How far is the Aruba Polaris Buggy Highlights and Beach Adventure Excursion camp from the cruise terminal?
    Is a short 15-minute ride. 
    I have never driven a Polaris Buggy before so would this be a good excursion for me?
    These Polaris are automatic so there is no shifting needed. The guides will instruct guests how to ride them and all guests will have a practice driving test before the actual excursion. This excursion is suited for most participants including those with little or no prior experience.
    Are restrooms available along the UTV buggy shore excursion route in Aruba?
    We recommend you use the facilities at the Aruba Cruise Terminal. The next restroom available will be at Arashi Beach 2.5 hrs later.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Aruba Polaris Buggy Highlights and Beach Adventure Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.

    For the Aruba Polaris Buggy Highlights and Beach Adventure Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.

Best Excursion of our Trip Sanford

This was a privately booked excursions from the cruise port. We were picked up in time by a friendly driver at arranged location. (Note no A/C but it was fine) We had four adults in one vehicle and it worked out fine but you may want to consider 2 if you want more space. Our gude was Juan Carolos. He was absolutely fabalous!! We made seveal stops. Our favorite was cave swimming. Be sure to have bathing suit under clothes. Our guide was so helpful during this activity. We loved the ruins also. And the ride was breathtaking along the coast. A large portion of the trip is on dirt bumpy road. I thought it made the adventure more fun but if you habe bad back or other isssues you may want to reconsdier. The swimming at the end was refreshing but had to navigate the coral and rocks in the water. We all loved the excursion! I highly recommend. Note: Helmets were not provided but we felt completely safe and actually relieved we didn't have to wear them because it was so hot that day.

This was so much fun. Being able to drive your own buggy gives you the freedom to avoid the bumps or go for the gusto with a fun bumpy ride. The landscape was amazing and the guide was excellent. He let us stop at some amazing sights and took us on a fun ride through lots of terrain. Highly recommend.

First, description states transportation to location is in an air conditioned bus- it was an old school bus with the windows removed! I guess it was natural air conditioning. On the way the school bus broke down and they did bring us an air conditioned bus. Second, the description states that bandannas are included. When we got there they were not included and they wanted to charge us $ 30 for 4. I stated several times that the description stated that we received them. He would not look up the site. Finally, I had to pull it up on my phone ( who knows how much that will cost me with international) and show him. He said he did not know what the website stated but finally gave us the bandannas. There was another group of 5 there at the time that had also booked with Shore Excursioneer and were also expecting bandannas. After, showing him the website description on my phone he finally gave us all bandannas. Third, the tour itself was great and we really enjoyed it after the rocky start!!

This was a great way of spending our day in Aruba, all of my family had so much fun... Our guides were very nice and you can tell they are very experienced. The 5 of us were in the same buggy so we had to change places at every stop so everyone could drive, ohh and it is super important you do not forget your driver's license, there was a girl in another buggy who forgot it so she missed this exciting adventure because it's not the same feeling if you go as a rider instead of driving. For me the best stop was Arashi beach, the water was so refreshing and beautiful. We would definitely book this excursion again, thank you!
