      • We suggest that you wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes.
      • Bring along sun protection, a camera, cash to purchase food, drinks, tips, shopping items, etc.
      • Arrive early and enjoy a live calliope concert (15 minutes prior to meeting time).
    Excursion Restrictions
    • A voucher will be sent in a separate email from your e-ticket. This voucher must be printed and brought with you to give to the local operator. Without the voucher in hand, you will not be allowed to participate.
    • Guests may not book this excursion more than 6 months before their excursion date.
    • The ticket holder must present a photo ID.

    Cancellation

    For the New Orleans Natchez Harbor Steamboat Cruise Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

This was wonderful. Really great way to see the city from the river. There was live music, which was excellent. Really great band. We got some snacks and drinks during the cruise. Really nice day.

The cruise down the Mississppi was great. We enjoyed some wine, enjoyed the city from the river. Great way to end our cruise.
