      • We suggest you have cash (Euros) on hand for any entrance fees, shuttle to the meeting point, refreshments, excursion staff gratuities, shopping, etc.
      • Sensible, rubber-soled walking shoes are highly recommended along with sun protection.
      • Please pay attention to the restrictions and requirements for this excursion, no refund will be granted if the requirements are not met.
      • YOU WILL RECEIVE A VOUCHER IN A SEPARATE EMAIL. YOU MUST BRING A PRINTED COPY OF THE VOUCHER TO BOARD THE BUS. DO NOT GIVE THEM OUR ETICKET!
      • Some cruise lines will charge an additional fee (approx. 5 euros) if you board the bus at the port instead of the meeting info on your voucher.
      • You must print and surrender a paper version of the voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund will be given to customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • Guests must be able to navigate a narrow steep staircase to access the top deck of the bus.
    • Guests must be able to walk on paved, gravel, and cobblestone surfaces, some on inclines at most stops.
    • There are steps required to enter several of the sites as well as steep curbs in some areas.
    • This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
    • Seating on the bus is on a first come basis.
    • Excursion tickets are only valid on City Sightseeing buses. Unused tickets or tickets presented to another operator are non-refundable.
    • As there is no specific end time to the excursion, it is the guest's responsibility to know their ship's scheduled departure time and plan their day to be back on board at the appointed time.
    • Schedule times might change due to traffic or any other force majeure.

Unfortunately, other buses have accepted City Sightseeing tickets and then charged the guests extra once on board. There is no refund for unused tickets or tickets presented to the wrong operator.
    Can I use US dollars?
    Most large stores and restaurants will take major credit cards and some may take other currencies besides the Euro. Small stores restaurants or sidewalk vendors will usually only take local currency. The best exchange rates for currency are usually at major bank ATMs. The worst rates are at the airport, train stations, or exchange bureaus located in major excursionist areas. Before leaving home, please check with your credit card companies and banks on what transaction or other fees they may apply if you use a debit or credit card abroad. These are in addition to the fees applied by the vendor or host bank where you are using the card.

    For the Livorno Shuttle to Florence and Pisa Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

I purchased this product because I read in the description that it would have been an excursion but the expectations were not respected. This is only a shuttle service, there are no explanations on the bus and there are no explanations in the cities. Why do you write that it is an excursion ?! it was a rip off

This is an excellent shuttle service and I highly recommend it. I had tried booking a tour to Pisa my last cruise to Italy but it was a mess, and super expensive. This was a much better option and great price. 5 stars.

The easiest, safest, cheapest and comfortable way to visit both cities. We've been to Livorno twice and always wanted to visit Florence and visit the museums and galleries. We made it to the Uffizi Gallery and the Galileo Museum (we purchased our tickets with anticipation) There are countless plazas nearby and tons of other museums that we missed but will definitely return. Our time in Pisa was also nice but only one hour so we made it out to Corso Italia for shopping and dinner. We had a piece of mind knowing we had our driver waiting for us and no need to worry about transportation or timing. We were taken back to Livorno cruise ship terminal in a timely manner.
