    For the Puerto Vallarta Excursion, the meeting spot is just a 5-minute taxi ride from your Puerto Vallarta Cruise Terminal. All necessary information will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    Excursion Notes
      • We recommend you to wear sensible clothes and closed shoes that you do not mind getting wet. No skirts, dresses, or flip-flops.
      • The transportation is either a van or a bus. Some vehicles are enclosed with air conditioning and some are covered open-air style.
      • Bring along sun protection, bug repellent, and cash for transportation, balance payment, lunch, souvenirs, tips, etc.
      • Please pay attention to the restrictions and requirements for this excursion, no refund will be granted if requirements are not met.
      • Please note there is a mandatory $20.00 USD insurance fee per RZR Buggy that is not included and must be paid upon arrival to cover up to $500.00 USD damages to the RZR. This fee is non-refundable.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum participation age is 6 years old.
    • The minimum age to drive an RZR Buggy is 18 years old.
    • It's necessary to present your valid driver's license.
    • The RZR Buggy can fit up to 4 passengers.
    • The maximum weight per RZR Buggy is 881lbs (400Kg).
    • Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent participating in the excursion.
    • For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed during the route.
    • This excursion is not allowed for pregnant women or guests with mobility issues.
    • This Puerto Vallarta RZR Buggy Excursion Adventure may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.

    Cancellation

    For the Puerto Vallarta RZR Buggy Excursion Adventure, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

We were hesitant to book this since it was outside the cruise ship, we end up having the best of the times. This was the highlight of our trip my husband who had an excellent time (even though he didn't want to do it in first place lol) My 2 youngest daughters also loved it and are the ones helping me write this review.
