All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket. Please allow enough time to catch the port shuttle to the passenger terminal for your departure.

    Cancellation

    For the Cagliari Private Half Day City Sightseeing Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

As usual Shore Excursioneer did not disappoint! Private is the way to go to maximize your experience. The excursions I book through your site have been small and personal but I particularly enjoy booking private excursions for just my family and friends. We are really excited to visit the new ports and excursions you've been adding. On our recent cruise, we chose an MSC Cruise that would visit Italy, Spain and France. I will talk about one of the excursions I booked in Cagliari. Lorenzo was our fabulous guide for the day. He gave us a fantastic tour and allowed us to decided where we wanted to go but since he is the professional we went with his instinct and we were right! He gave us a wonderful experience! Cagliari is a charming colorful town with amazing views and incredible history. The beaches are clean with soft sand and one of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen. There are lovely marketplaces that offer some beautiful souvenirs, art, and so much more. This was definitely my favorite port.
