    Meeting Point

    For the Key West Parasailing Excursion, you will meet a short distance from your Key West cruise ship pier. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.


    What is included?

    Excursion Notes
      • Bring along a swimsuit, towel, sun protection, camera, and cash for souvenirs, snacks, beverages, tips, etc.
      • You must bring a credit card for the balance payment due.
      • We suggest sensible shoes - no high heels. Dresses are not appropriate.
      • Please pay attention to the restrictions and requirements for this excursion, no refund will be granted if the requirements are not met.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • All guests must present identification including children.
    • Children must be at least 6 years old and/or 90lbs (41Kg).
    • The weight limit is 450lbs (204Kg) for single or tandem flights.
    • No guest under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be allowed to fly and will forfeit their payment.
    • Weight limits can change according to weather and the captain's discretion.
    • This Key West Parasailing Excursion Adventure may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.

    Do I get wet on this Key West Parasailing Excursion?
    Only a little bit from the water splashing against the boat. The captain and crew will only dip you into the water upon request.
    Do I need any prior experience before parasailing in Key West?
    Part of the beauty of parasailing is that 100% of the work is done by the captain and crew. Your job is simply to sit back and relax.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Key West Parasailing Excursion Adventure to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Key West Parasailing Excursion Adventure ,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

The guys were super personable and friendly. It was just our party so it wasn't crowded or congested. And, the wait time for each of wasn't crazy. But, the amount of time in the air felt like a long time!

Wanted to experience something with my sister that we have never done so we did this tour. It is an experience we will never forget. The team was amazing and lots of fun. We purchased the picture and video package, and it's totally worth it. If you ever thought about trying parasailing I highly recommend this!

Our guides made the entire adventure so very worth it. We enjoyed every single minute. They were thorough in explaining each step and even took some awesome photos of us using our camera. Bravo for a great time guys!

The flying was amazing, you can see the whole island from the sky. I got a great video with my go pro and the crew took good pictures of us as well, they were really funny guys. See you next cruise!

I love to parasail! This was my fourth time, all in different cities. Key West was not disappointing, the color of the water is so beautiful and you can see the sandy coast and luxury buildings and resorts. Great boat crew too. Thanks guys!

We had some bad luck, the weather was cloudy and windy in the morning so we postponed our excursion to later. But all was good by then and the crew and captain took a great care of us. My kids had fun during their flight and also during the fast boat ride. The Captain was very experienced and I felt safe and comfortable. I would take my kids again.
