    For the Cozumel Kuza Park Day Pass with Trip to El Cielo Excursion, you will meet directly at Kuza Beach Park (approximate taxi cost from the cruise ship terminals is $20 for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). There are plenty of taxis available at the cruise terminals as well as at Kuza Beach Park for your return. All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

      • We recommend using biodegradable sunscreen.
      • It is essential that each participant follow the guidelines and specific instructions for each area of the park provided by the staff in charge.
      • Lockers are available to rent for $6.00.
      • Towels are available to rent for $6.00.
      • The minimum age to snorkel is 8 years old.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
    • Visitors under 18 years of age must always be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
    • On the beach and in all aquatic activities without exception, the parent or legal guardian must remain within reach of the minor under 18 years of age.
    • Diving, reckless or violent play, or any conduct that endangers the safety of the visitor or other visitors or park staff is not permitted.
    • Guests must obey the instructions of lifeguards or any other instructor or member of the park staff.
    • Guests must pay attention to the directions, signs, notices, or communications issued by the park staff and/or that are specific to each of the activities.

    Is the Cozumel Kuza Park Day Pass with 3-sites snorkeling El Cielo Excursion canceled if it is raining?
    The excursion can be operated in rain or shine, however, it is the local operator who will decide if the excursion may be canceled due to safety reasons.
    Am I guaranteed a beach lounger?
    There are beach chairs and loungers for guests. But they are on a first-come, first-served basis. Larger groups may find it takes more time to find and gather empty chairs all together in the same area.
    Can I bring my 3-year-old to the snorkeling trip?
    Regrettably, it is not possible, the minimum age to board the boat is 6 years old, and the minimum to snorkel is 8 years old.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Cozumel Kuza Park Day Pass & Snorkeling at El Cielo, Palancar, and Columbia Reefs to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel Kuza Park Day Pass & Snorkeling at El Cielo, Palancar, and Columbia Reefs, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
