Retention Team Members - EMAIL HERE
Job Description
- On Hold Order Team
- Place outbound calls to customers regarding their online orders.
- Work with customers and manager to identify the issue with the order and find solution to retain business.
- Advise alternative options and complimentary products based on opportunities.
- Work with vendors on ETAs and Stock of customer orders.
- Finance Team
- Call and email customers who apply for product financing.
- Work with Incomplete orders and Invoice Declines to see how to help customer with payment or financing options.
- Must be able to understand the art of handling sales objections and followup.
- For each opportunity, understanding the customers project goals, budget, and approval amount.
- Servicing Team
- Handle inbound customer calls and email tickets. Work with the Customer Service team on requests, helping with Store Credit orders, and following up on orders needing required documentation.
- Will work with Abandoned Cart orders that meet a threshold.
All Team Skills Required:
- Have a passion for this industry and basic knowledge
- Extremely reliable!
- Excellent sales experience along with understanding or willing to learn sales methodologies and able to meet KPIs.
- Be able to work in a high call volume environment (50-60 outbound calls per day).
- Customer service oriented. You are building a relationship and helping with a transaction.
- Strong computer skills. Be able to multi-task with communication channels and orders.
- Comfortable with using a CRM system. (Customer Relationship Manager)
- Strong phone skills. Your verbal communication to listen, communicate value proposition, and overcome objections.
- Master of written communication. Properly communicating with each customer to be relatable while still upholding proper grammar and values of Vivid Racing.

Retail Performance Sales Specialist - EMAIL HERE
Job Description:
- Participate in Facebook Groups and Online Forums to generate sales
- Answer incoming sales phone calls
- Handle sales inquiries questions
- Utilize our support ticket system to field inquiries
- Work with our Live Chat system to handle questions
- Inputting sales using our admin system

Experience:
- Being able to give honest answers or solutions to problems is more important then to know everything about anything.
- A person who is motivated by customer satisfaction, but has the desire to earn money.
- A well spoken person that knows how to gather customer information and focus on the sale.
- General understand of the Performance or Aftermarket Products.
- Must be very internet savvy and understand the ins and outs of Microsoft Outlook.

Product Analyst - No Open Positions
Yes we are going to pay you to play on the internet!
Job Duties:
- Analyzing Vehicle Classifications to see if years are properly covered.
- Product depth. Checking year make model ranges to see if we are missing products types or have wrong products listed.
- Product information or content. It is very important to have content on product pages that best describe a product in writing or visually. Each product page should have the correct main image, products with videos from the manufacture do better for SEO, and the description should be specific for the product. If it is a generalized about the company, we need to write correct copy.
- Scouting our vendors/manufactures. Looking for newly released products or products we do not have listed to add to the website. This can be done by following their social media, subscribing to their newsletters, or simply visiting their website.
- Browsing the website for category accuracy. You may find something that belongs in a different category.
- Product Pricing. Pricing is what makes us competitive. Many manufactures have specific MAP pricing (minimum advertised price) that we cannot go below. But we need to make sure we are priced to be competitive.
- Looking for new products. Niche products are a key to success. Find products that are hot and trendy in forums and groups.
Skills Required:
- UNDERSTAND PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE PARTS. We need a detailed enthusiast that knows what they are looking at.
- Able to communicate to Data Team and Purchasing Team issues found.
- Utilizing tools available or setting up your own organization to review data daily.

Warehouse - Shipping & Receiving Associate - EMAIL HERE

- Process customer orders to pull items to ship
- Assist in inventory cycle counting
