Meeting our guide was pretty easy. We headed out to the Mayan Ruins and it was a nice drive there. The ruins itself was great, but our guide made the experience unforgetable. He was so up beat, telling us stories, history of the Mayans, the way of life... so captivating. He was great. The beach break was OK. We grabbed a tabe by the pool and relaxed until it was time to head back to port.

We enjoyed going to the ruins and hearing all the stories our guide was sharing with us. He really made everything come alive. Such a nice young man. The beach we went to was a great way to finish up the day.

The Mayan ruins were lovely. The guide gave us such a great tour of thr grounds, sharing stories, history, etc. He was really passionate about it! We then headed to a little beach club, which was nice. We decided not to get in the water, but just relaxed by the poolside - had a few drinks and some snacks. Recommended!
