    Yes, there are restrooms at the entrance of the cenotes and you can ask the driver to make a quick stop.
    Are lockers available to save my belongings?
    Not at the moment, you can leave your personal belongings at the transportation, it would always be locked and the driver would remain close to it.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Progreso Cuzama 3 Cenotes Explore and Swim Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Progreso Cuzama 3 Cenotes Explore and Swim Excursion , we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.

    For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
    • Your ship skips/misses the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
    • Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Take a trip back in time with horse-drawn buggies that will take you to see ancient freshwater cenotes. Surrounded by incredible tropical foliage, and located in a cave that is decorated by Mother Nature herself with fantastic stalactites and stalagmites and various markings on the walls! An amazing Progreso Excursion!

The minute you walk into the Cenotes you are instantly drawn into her beauty. The stalagmites coming down from the ceiling along with roots from trees are amazing. The water is cool and pristine with healing properties. This was a once in a lifetime experience. I highly recommend this excursion.

When we first got to the port our guide Amy found our party immediately. She was so kind and very knowledgeable. As soon as we got on the shuttle there was a cooler full of bottled waters and she had amazing little snack bags made for all of us plus fresh fruit. She told us about the city of Progreso, Merida the capital and all the villages along the way. She was very informative about the Mayan culture. The cenotes were breathtaking. We rode a cool railcart pulled by a mule. We saw iguanas along the ride and beautiful scenery. The tour guides stayed with us every step of the way and they made us feel safe and like we were taken care of. The cenotes were truly amazing and beautiful. A must see. And the restaurant was so good amd authentic. In my opinion it was so much better than the food on the cruise ship. I also liked how our tour guide stayed with us at market until our shuttle back to the port arrived. She was amazing. Amy and our driver deserve a huge thumbs up

This was one of the best excursions we have been on! We had 4 women and 4 kids in our group, being that kids are always hungry it was a nice touch that they had snack bags and water waiting on the bus when we arrived! Our tour guide and driver were amazing and offered so much history on the 1 1/2 hour ride to the cenotes and even at each one we visited! Will definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others looking for a great experience!

We just took the 3 hole cenote excursion on 08/03/23 that we booked through Shore Excursioneer, and it was EXCELLENTE' ! So much so that we are recommending it to Carnival Cruising friends. EVERYTHING described by email through you guys was exactly as it was represented. You were so quick to respond to my many questions. "Amy and Wilson" were our tour guides through XxXx and were with us every step of the way. Snacks/water bottles were provided. We were reluctant to book outside of Carnival, but decided to go for it and I'm glad we did! The guides got us back in plenty of time before our ship left port, and reassured us every step of the way that we would be safe, even with the hour and a half drive inland to the Cenotes, which were so breath taking. The excursion ended with a great authentic Mexican lunch at a very nice clean restaurant (priced separately).Bathroom facilities were clean. The only thing I would suggest adding to your reservation details that was briefly confusion for us, is to inform customers that when they get off the ship, to look for Shore Excursineer sign who MAY then direct you to get on the free shuttle to downtown (not very far from port) to meet the local guides.

The meeting instructions I got from Shore Excursioner said to meet 45 minutes after ship docked at the meeting point which was walking past all shops and meeting guide. I had to call hotline and get more details. We had to take bus out of port and meet guide at bus station. We took bus, the driver told us the last bus back to ship was at 4pm. We met guide went on 1-1/2 hour bus ride. Cenotes were beautiful and excursion was fun. We arrived back at bus station at 3:40pm thinking we had 20 minutes. There was a bus there and the driver told us it was the last bus back to ship.

We had an amazing experience on this excursion. The only thing was the ride there!! We rode in an older van that was extremely rough riding. The driver was also aggressive in his driving as there seem to be very little road rules there. The drive was about and hour and a half one way. The actual swimming and exploring the cenotes was amazing. I would do it again but be prepared for a long rough ride!

Just returning from our recent cruise. Traveling with my fiance and took this excursion. Honestly, I was afraid of the distance and worry about getting back on time. Shore Excursioneer, make it possible and had a wonderful time visiting these amazing cenotes. The ride was fun and adventurous, once on location, you can feel a peace and tranquility and enjoy the freshness of its water. We had the opportunity to take a dip on two of the three cenotes. Surely will recommend you guys with our family and friends!

One of my favorite things to do while in Mexico is visiting Cenotes. I am always amazed when I visit a new Cenote. Highly recommend you to visit if you have the opportunity. It was my first time riding a mule and could not stop smiling!

This tour was amazing the cenotes are very beautiful and the is a lot to observe and learn. We were able to swim in 2 of them. The third one had some really cool crystals hanging from the ceiling. The guides were very accommodating, safe and knowledge. The mule cart ride was interesting and fun. I recommend this excursion to everyone, is a blast!
