This incredible catamaran snorkeling adventure takes you to the most renowned spots in the Mexican Caribbean, including El Cielo Sandbar, where you’ll find beautiful starfish resting on the sandy bottom, Turtle Bay, home to friendly turtles, and Playa El Cielito, where stingrays gracefully glide by. Enjoy soft drinks, refreshments, bottled water, and delicious guacamole served onboard. After your snorkeling adventure, relax in the pristine waters of a secluded private beach.
This adventure starts at Palancar Reef, famous for its crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life. Explore the colorful schools of fish, graceful sea turtles, and beautiful coral formations. With its shallow depths, Palancar is perfect for snorkelers of all skill levels.
Next, we'll visit Columbia Reef, where you'll marvel at the dramatic drop-offs and towering coral pinnacles. This reef is a marine enthusiast's paradise, offering sightings of larger sea creatures such as eagle rays and nurse sharks. The visibility here is unmatched, providing crystal-clear views of the breathtaking underwater landscape.
A favorite stop on our tour, the Turtle Sanctuary is a hidden gem in Cozumel, offering a glimpse into the serene world of sea turtles as they feed on the lush ocean grasses. It’s not unusual to spot groups of 3 or 4 turtles peacefully coexisting in their natural habitat as we swim nearby in the shallow waters. This location is perfect for capturing stunning photos with an underwater camera, or simply creating unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.
After the snorkeling part is over, you will head to your beach break at this beautiful secluded beach called El Cielito, this spot is the perfect place to anchor, unwind, and enjoy some well-deserved drinks and snacks as we near the end of our tour. We’re often greeted by friendly stingrays, curious to meet our new guests as they glide through the area. It’s an excellent chance for underwater photos, or simply relax and watch them swim by while soaking up the sun in the crystal-clear waters.
The only disappointment is that this excursion will have to come to an end, you will board the catamaran again for the relaxing ride to the original meeting point.
