Amazing excursion MIAMI SPRINGS

This was an awesome excursion. The boat was big and not overcrowded. The weather was not so great and the ocean was choppy and large swells. But the crew took great care of us all. Michael, Jordan, Chad and Joyce.they actually have you hold and kiss the manta rays. Our snorkeling was great. This is a wonderful crew and highly recommend .afterwards they took the cruise passengers back to the port.

We absolutely loved this excursion and would recommend it to all for the experience. The stingrays were so docile and fun to hold and swim with. I would definitely do this excursion again. The snorkeling was also amazing. The captain took us to 2 beautiful spots for snorkeling. I had never snorkeled before and they were very understanding and explained the process thoroughly. It was like I had done it many times before this. This was by far one of our most favorite excursions and we absolutely loved the Grand Caymans.

The staff were very helpful and put us at ease with the stingrays. Fantastic experience highly recommend. The snorkelling was a little underwhelming having snorkeled on Great Barrier Reef & South Pacific but well worth swimming with the stingrays. The photos taken were fantastic and worth the purchase. Our USB didn’t work and we contacted them as per their instructions and they promptly emailed the photos to us . Would highly recommend this tour .

We went on this excursion Aug 2018. Very much enjoyed it. We were on the Captain Jimmy. The meeting location was very easy to locate. Our crew were very nice and allowed the kids to take turns steering the boat on our way out. It was about 20-25 minutes to Stingray City. I was very nervous as its not easy to stand still and was afraid I would accidentally step on a ray. The crew were so comfortable here it made it hard to be nervous long. They clearly knew what they were doing. The photographer took some good pictures of us that we purchased on USB for $50.00. Our snorkel stop was Coral Gardens which was literally 5 minutes away from SRC. It was beautiful and full of fish, we took many pictures of all the colorful fish. We had a great day, in fact my 9 year old said it was the best day of her life!

If you have ever wanted to experience stingrays up close and in person, this is the excursion for you. Can't say anything negative about what we experienced with this trip. From the booking to the guides, this was hassle free. Speaking of the guides, they are amazing, patient and helps everyone. If you have never swam with the stingrays, this is a must.

We were unsure of using an outside vendor, we were on a cruise. ship and had only used their vendors before. This excursion was GREAT. Was much better than we had expected. Stingray city was amazing. The crew made sure that we knew what to do when we got in the water. They made sure that everyone was comfortable and it was great. The snorkeling afterwards was a good experience also. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Went on this excursion and had an amazing time. Bought the pictures that they took for $60 and they were worth the price. Guides were so friendly and really cared, doing what ever it took to make it special. After playing with the stingrays they took us snorkeling. So much fun!

This is a first class operation. Our ship had to tender on the opposite side of the island because of weather and they were there waiting to pick us up. They take you on a 15 min. boat ride to the sand bar where you get out in waist deep water and really interact with the stingrays which is awesome. They are very gentle and the captain does an excellent job getting everyone involved. After that, they take you about 1/4 mile to snorkel for about 30 mins.

This was exactly as described. You will meet up the street a couple blocks from the pier and take a mini-bus for a little ride to a boat. From there you will take the boat for 20 mins to the sandbar area with the stingrays. After that you will go snorkeling nearby the stingrays. The boat crew was very polite and made everyone comfortable handling and being around the stingrays. As fun as that was, the snorkeling was amazing! The water is so clear and the views seemed unreal. Well worth it.

Was a good day, short ride to the boat then out to the sand bar, lots of other people and boats but was not crowded and are PLENTY of stingray. Guides helped us interact, hold and KISS the stingray. Once they were sure we were all satisfied with our stingray interaction we went a little ways away to the snorkeling which was also a good time. Plenty to see under the sea:-)
